Viewer terms

1. Service provider and contact details

Vectoria Viewer is a service provided by Juan Francisco Rodríguez del Rosario, with its address at Calle Hoya del Rosario, 98, 35016 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, España. Full identification details are provided in the Vectoria legal notice.

For questions about the service, cancellations, withdrawal or issues, email soporte@vectoriacivil.com. You may purchase a subscription if you are at least 18 and have the authority to do so on your own behalf or on behalf of the purchasing organisation. A business purchase does not remove any mandatory rights that apply according to the actual purpose of the purchase.

2. Free tools and local processing

You can open the example without an account. Registration is required to open your own IFC files. Opening an IFC file does not upload it: processing and manual tools run on your device. The free manual tools remain available if you run out of credits, cancel Pro or choose not to subscribe.

Keep your original files and any copies you export. The subscription does not include cloud storage or backups of your models. The availability and size of the IFC files you can work with also depend on your device's memory and browser. An internet connection is required for accounts, payments and remote agents.

3. Standalone Viewer Pro subscription

The reference price is USD 49.90 per month, including taxes. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. It includes the agent and automation available in Viewer and 1,000 Vector credits per paid monthly period. This offer applies exclusively to Viewer; it does not purchase a standalone Civil or Cost subscription.

Access is not renewed for a period that has not been paid for. Any change to pricing or terms for future renewals will be communicated sufficiently in advance for you to decide whether to continue or cancel; all required consents and rights will be respected.

The billing currency and amount are confirmed in Paddle before purchase. New subscriptions may be billed in the available local currency, converted by Paddle from the reference price in USD.

This price applies to new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted amount and currency, as shown on your Paddle receipts.

4. How credits work

Currency conversion does not change the 1,000 credits included in the standalone subscription.

Credits measure use of the Vector agent managed by Vectoria. The calculation reference is USD 0.005 of estimated provider cost per credit; 1,000 credits represent a reference value of USD 5. They are not money, a withdrawable balance or a promise of a fixed number of messages. Usage depends on the model's context, responses and operations and is calculated in fractions of a credit.

Each paid period has its own allowance. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. Some of the balance is reserved before an operation; the reservation is adjusted once usage is known. If usage cannot be confirmed, the reservation may be temporarily held for review. You can view available, used and reserved credits. An error does not automatically mean zero usage; contact support if you notice an issue.

There are no automatic top-ups or extra charges when the balance runs out. Manual tools remain available. The optional ChatGPT connection uses the limits and terms of your own ChatGPT account and does not deduct these Vector credits; an active Pro subscription is still required.

5. Pro, Studio and Founder

Vectoria Civil Pro and Studio plans include Viewer Pro and Cost Pro during the paid period. If you have one of those plans, use the same account: you do not need another standalone subscription. AI usage is shared with your Civil plan; the 1,000 credits from each standalone offer are not added.

Pricing, payment currency, AI allowance and plan changes for those plans are governed by their Civil, Pro and Studio subscription terms (edition dated 28 September 2026).

Founder is a separate offer governed by its current specific terms. These Viewer terms do not change Founder's contracted price or duration.

An active individual monthly Founder plan includes Pro in Viewer and Cost during each paid Civil period. The credit allowance is the one already held in Civil, shared across the three products: no additional 1,000 Viewer credits or separate Cost allowance are added. A single Founder payment does not grant a fixed twelve-month free period of Viewer or Cost. The 1,000-credit allowance described on this page belongs to the standalone Viewer subscription. Founder Team and annual plans require their own integration.

6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You can cancel renewal through your Viewer subscription management, through Paddle or with help from support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps access available for the period already paid for. Cancelling renewal does not in itself constitute a refund request.

If you purchase as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason, by emailing soporte@vectoriacivil.com or through Paddle's buyer support. Immediate access does not in itself waive this right; Viewer does not assume or request an automatic waiver on its page. Any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Paddle processes refunds according to its refund policy, these terms and applicable law. An approved full refund for a period removes the access and credits associated with that period. Partial refunds and disputes are reviewed individually; they do not automatically replenish credits. Mandatory conformity rights and statutory remedies for defects or failure to provide the service remain applicable, including where the right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. Using the agent and reviewing results

When you connect an agent, your messages and a limited set of model data are sent to the stated provider: TensorX for Vector or OpenAI for ChatGPT. The complete IFC file and its path remain on your device. This processing is explained before connecting and in the privacy policy. Only use models and data that you are authorised to use.

The agent uses the tools available in Viewer. There is no guarantee that every aspect of an IFC can be edited, that results are error-free or that a standard or requirement is satisfied without a specific check. Review changes and exported copies before using them; results used for technical, financial, construction or safety decisions must be reviewed by a competent person.

Your account and access are personal. They must not be used to bypass limits, access other accounts or interfere with the service. Technical or security incidents may temporarily limit a feature; this does not remove any rights relating to the purchased service.

8. Support and changes

Viewer enquiries and complaints can be sent to soporte@vectoriacivil.com. Questions about a payment, invoice or refund can also be addressed to Paddle. These channels do not limit your access to the relevant authorities or courts, or your rights as a consumer.

The version applicable to your purchase and Paddle's terms will be available before you confirm payment. Any later changes will respect periods already paid for and any applicable mandatory rights.
